Families with children 2-6 (infant siblings welcome) will enjoynthis class for playful balancing practice and yoga fun. Family yoga includes circle time, songs, stories, dance, poses,mgames, partner acro-yoga (parent/child), and relaxation. Break a sweat while bonding with your children and having fun!
Parent or caregiver will need to bring a yoga mat.
Class size is limited and we will email you only if you do NOT get a space in the class.
